Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Business Analyst to join our team, supporting a high-impact data integrity project. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills, with a solid background in PeopleSoft and data analysis. This role requires a hands-on professional with a proven track record in financial systems and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage data integrity initiatives related to financial systems and reporting.
- Conduct thorough data analysis, validation, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve data-related issues.
- Work extensively with PeopleSoft Financials, including reporting, queries, and data extracts.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of financial system enhancements.
- Provide detailed reports and dashboards to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7-8 years of professional experience as a Financial Business Analyst.
- Strong experience working with PeopleSoft Financials.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, data validation, and reconciliation.
- Hands-on experience supporting data integrity projects.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
