Full Stack Engineer (ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS)

Responsibilities:

Web Application Development & Maintenance:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure web applications using ReactJS, NextJS, and NodeJS.
• Ensure best practices are followed for performance, maintainability, and security.

Performance Optimization:

• Lead performance discussions and actively implement improvements to application speed and responsiveness.
• Apply optimization techniques for both front-end and back-end components.

3. DevOps & CI/CD Integration:

• Understand, manage, and improve DevOps pipelines including CI/CD processes.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and reliable operations.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features and user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews and provide thoughtful, constructive feedback.
