Global Data Transformation Lead – S/4HANA & o9 Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Data Capability Lead to drive a high-impact, global S/4HANA transformation and o9 enterprise planning platform implementation. This leadership role is critical for ensuring data readiness, governance, and cutover success across a multi-year ERP modernization program. You will step into an existing role, providing strategic oversight for master data management, migration, and cross-functional alignment while working with a globally dispersed team.

Responsibilities:

Data Leadership & Program Governance

• Lead end-to-end data workstreams for S/4HANA migration, o9 planning, SAP EWM, and BlackLine integration.
• Ensure data readiness, cleansing, and harmonization across global business units.
• Define and enforce data governance strategies in alignment with enterprise standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with system integrators, regional teams, and IT to align execution with global templates.
• Manage sprint sign-offs, risk mitigation, and deployment timelines across parallel initiatives.
• Act as the primary escalation point for data-related issues, providing updates to senior leadership.

Deployment & Cutover Support

• Guide regional teams through training, troubleshooting, and hypercare phases.
• Conduct data risk impact assessments and resolve execution gaps.
• Ensure seamless data migration and integration between SAP S/4HANA, o9, and legacy systems.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Interface with C-level executives, business leaders, and technical teams to align priorities.
• Manage multi-vendor environments, ensuring collaboration between internal and external partners.
• Maintain clear communication channels across a 30–40 member global team.
