Privacy Manager

 Overview
We are seeking Privacy Manager, you will lead Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), collaborating with stakeholders to document key details of new features and services. Your expertise will ensure compliance with global privacy regulations while mitigating risks across the organization.

Responsibilities

Privacy Assessments & Compliance

• Conduct Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), evaluating data flows, processing activities, and technical safeguards.
• Perform privacy and machine learning (ML) reviews, working with subject matter experts to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Support the development of compliance documentation, ensuring readiness for review and approval cycles.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Risk Management

• Partner with Legal, IT, Security, Risk, and Engineering teams to embed privacy-by-design principles in product development.
• Monitor and escalate compliance and operational risks throughout the assessment process.
• Triage and manage privacy-related incidents in coordination with the incident response team.

Program & Documentation Management

• Track and drive the completion of multiple privacy documents at different review stages.
• Ensure timely delivery of finalized privacy documentation to business stakeholders.
• Maintain strong organizational oversight, balancing multiple workstreams efficiently.
