QA Engineer – Copilot Studio (Conversational AI & Voice Solutions)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join our Copilot Studio team, specializing in conversational AI and voice solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the quality, reliability, and performance of AI-driven user experiences by designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies.

You will:

• Develop and maintain test plans to validate functionality, performance, and user experience.
• Implement and scale automated testing frameworks tailored to voice and conversational interfaces.
• Identify, document, and track bugs across the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including developers, product managers, and stakeholders—to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Support the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-release analysis.
