Salesforce Product Owner

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Product Owner to lead and drive strategic Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Sales/Service Cloud initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping Salesforce product roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring high-quality delivery across complex healthcare-focused programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the Product Owner for Salesforce programs across Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service Cloud
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Leverage agile frameworks such as SAFe to manage backlogs and guide delivery teams
• Apply prioritization techniques like MoSCow, Kano Model, and Value vs. Effort to manage and refine product backlogs
• Oversee solution design, architecture, and delivery aligned with best practices and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with technical teams to document and understand system integrations, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
