SAP VIM Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP VIM solutions to streamline invoice processing and automation.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into effective SAP VIM functionalities.
• Provide technical and functional leadership in the deployment, testing, and support of SAP VIM modules, including integration with SAP FI, MM, and OpenText.
• Oversee end-to-end VIM project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and go-live support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to invoice processing, workflow management, and document handling.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including SAP Basis, Security, and Development teams, to ensure smooth system operations.
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support system adoption and end-user effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and industry best practices in invoice processing.
• Continuously optimize SAP VIM processes for efficiency, scalability, and performance improvements.
• Stay up to date with the latest SAP VIM and OpenText updates, trends, and enhancements to guide future implementations.
